Cancellation Policy

Tony’s Trolley Tours – Booking Policy Effective Date: February 24, 2025 By booking a tour with Tony’s Trolley Tours, you agree to the following policies related to reservations, payments, cancellations, and tour attendance. 1. Bookings & Payments All bookings must include accurate information. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a private group or charter tour. For public trolley tours (Thursdays & Saturdays), payment is due in cash on the day of the tour unless otherwise arranged. Check payments for group tours must be received two weeks prior to the event date. Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee. We reserve the right to cancel or deny bookings at our discretion. 2. Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling Guest cancellations for private bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior may result in loss of deposit. No-shows or late arrivals (more than 10 minutes past the scheduled start) may forfeit the tour without refund. Tours canceled by Tony’s Trolley Tours due to severe weather, technical issues, or unforeseen events will be rescheduled or refunded when applicable. Refunds are subject to Pennsylvania consumer protection laws. 3. Weather & Force Majeure Tours run rain or shine. We may cancel or postpone tours due to severe weather (lightning, flooding, high winds) or unsafe road conditions. In case of emergencies, mechanical failure, government action, pandemics, or other force majeure events, we are not liable for cancellations. 4. Tour Conduct & Safety The maximum capacity per tour is 20 guests. All guests must remain seated while the trolley is in motion. Children under 5 ride free but must be included in the total headcount. Guests who exhibit disruptive, unsafe, or intoxicated behavior may be refused service or removed without refund. Participation in any tour is at your own risk.
